can anyone help me on this i just got banned for shity ass players and now im trying to get myself unbanned is anyway i can complain about this do i need to go to the forums about this how can i fix this cause its unfair when your doing so well in the game and that one player on either team starting problems with you during chat i didn't wanted to respond to them but i had to, to help me team win the game and im tired and sad with a amumu face :( 
Your punishment is more than justified. Every one of those chatlogs shows you verbally abusing and harassing other players in your games. It doesn't matter who may have started it, the moment that you begin to fire back with your own negative behavior, you open yourself to receiving reports from others and validate any punishment that may be issued to your account.

Nothing said regarding the reason of your ban nor was there a chat sample provided regarding your response to your team so nothing we can say on that.
No you didn't have to O.O that's what the mute button is for. I read your logs below and it seems you started out really positive but listening to your team got your really frustrated, so mute early and often if you chose to start a new account (they halved the XP necessary to reach 30)

If you were banned for Instant Feedback (meaning chat-related reasons), then before you post anymore, stop for a moment.
Read your chat logs, and pretend you're a stranger being told those things. Then you'll see that such chatter not only does nothing productive, but just feeds into itself and goes nowhere but down.
If someone else is trying to start trouble in chat, just mute them and report them after the game ends. It's only intrusive if you let it be.
