What are you even talking about? All those things are bannable offense because of course, they're not game friendly. Nothing in League of Legends with toxic behavior is a trap. You agreed not to be toxic in this game BEFORE you even downloaded it. You are to read The Summoner's Code and abide the Code of Conduct. Meaning no slurs, no threats, no harassing, and no action or speaking in ways to ruin anyone's game. You are not allowed to have fun at their expense. Just because they didn't play how you wanted them to or didn't do anything they wanted you to do, doesn't mean you have any rights to fight with them.
I want to be able to address your concerns but I simply don't understand what it is you're getting at. Per google, entrapment:

(among other definitions) - I think this is the definition you're getting at here though. I'm confused as to how you think this (and the other tip you posted before) are examples of entrapment - nowhere does it say in this tip "you can abuse your teammates constantly". This tip simply says games can get heated - you may have blunt messages, you may get a little angry in real life, but you must never use racial slurs in game. There is no entrapment here. A game can easily get heated in a polite manner.
Further, the point of this tip is not that games can get heated, the point of this tip is that regardless of how heated a game gets, racial slurs will result in an escalated punishment as they're never tolerated whatsoever.
I don't think you know what entrapment is. League discourages players from using hate speech with escalated punishments. They do not encourage the use of hate speech.

you loseing your temper and start thowing around racial slurs (or any other kind of toxic speak) can never be considered "entrapment"...
In criminal law, entrapment is a practice whereby a law enforcement agent induces a person to commit a criminal offence that the person would have otherwise been unlikely or unwilling to commit.
entrapment doesn't mean "other guy broke the rules, therefor i can break the rules too"...
the idea that you are "forced to be toxic" because other ppl's actions are ridiculous, you are in full control over how you act to a situration and (like most players show) is it not at all "impossible" to not flame others in chat.
so stop trying to make up stupid excuses just because you can't behave yourself in a normal manner...
