I want to be able to address your concerns but I simply don't understand what it is you're getting at. Per google, entrapment:
the action of tricking someone into committing a crime in order to secure their prosecution.
(among other definitions) - I think this is the definition you're getting at here though. I'm confused as to how you think this (and the other tip you posted before) are examples of entrapment - nowhere does it say in this tip "you can abuse your teammates constantly". This tip simply says games can get heated - you may have blunt messages, you may get a little angry in real life, but you must never use racial slurs in game. There is no entrapment here. A game can easily get heated in a polite manner.
Further, the point of this tip is not that games can get heated, the point of this tip is that regardless of how heated a game gets, racial slurs will result in an escalated punishment as they're never tolerated whatsoever.
