People actually following the rules of Draft

I was just wondering if this is becoming a common occurrence for other people. Recently I myself have found numerous people who have no idea the rules of draft and blurt our their role as if it is Team Builder. Then when you tell them it is pick order and pick your role they troll and pick something that doesn't even help the team. Is there maybe a chance that we can add a report option for not being a team player and or trolling. This is something that very much so infuriates me because people even do this in Ranked which is becoming a MAJOR problem. I mean for example today I picked my roll as Support during my pick and our last pick was mad because he wanted support and said "he called it" then picked Bard into a Draven, Braum duo and nearly costed us the game. But who is the one to blame the Thresh because the Thresh was doing him actual job and playing support. While our Bard concentrated the whole match on collecting chimes and attempting to kill steal from the team. Maybe I am wrong in posting this but doesn't the rules state that choice of pick order is who picks their role?

Pick order is officially supported by Riot. If they are trolling by taking a role that someone already has or threatens to do so, it's reportable.

With the new champ select it will be much more easily identified by the system and people will be punished for it more (because you are queued up as a specific role).

The prefered method is communicating and working it out. If that doesn't happen, then pick order is the deciding factor. As far as people calling snd trolling if they don't get? That's nothing new. It's always been an issue, even if the degree shifts.

I feel like Pick Order ruins the value of teamwork, because everyone has a best role and that window of chance should always be left open. The closer everyone is to their best role, the better a whole team's chance of winning.

With Pick Order there is also the chance of first-pick simply taking command for only their own means, instead of thinking about their team.

My least favorite lanes are Top & Mid, but only have 2 of each which i know I'm good @, but no one near pro:(.

Anivia her "Q" is hard to land (i gotta make them walk up into it.) Teemo vs Nasus or vice versa I'm still struggling top lane. Vi is my only decent Top lane for now, better suited for Jg 2. Skarner He is my main, because no other bronze player understands his own "wards" in each area of the jungle camps.

I doubt Riot punishes people for taking a role or character that someone else wanted and claimed first. Unless they determine a person is doing it deliberately to grief people on a repeated basis. Otherwise, play as whatever and whoever you want. If someone complains about it, let them. If they report you for that, well, a Riot GM has already said today what happens to false reports: they trash them.

Besides, people need to get out of their rigid mindset that two DPS or two healers means an automatic loss. Thinking, and playing, outside the box should never be a punishable offense.
