i would really like to be able to use the same username for a new account but cant do that because the username "already is in use" which it is not since i got it permabanned sooooo just wondering if you could maybe delete it or change the username so i can use it for a new account :))

Chermorg1 votesThey do have the ability to get account names back. If it was a level 30 account and has been inactive (i.e. not touched or played on) for 2 years, 6 months, then you will be permitted to pay for a name change to change a new account to that name.
Until that time, the name will not be usable.

Chermorg2 votesYes, the name is blocked if permanently suspended. It is part of the punishment that goes along with it, sadly. But you can still take advantage of the above Program - after 2.5 years you can pay for a name change to the old name.
