I got banned 2 years ago and well i did'nt care at all now my new account is taking so long to get new champ so could league let us have back like all that fresh money we spent cause i think i spent about 500$ in this account and well ik its our fault if we get banned but i would like having my money back pls daddy

You do not get back the money you spent on the game when your account is suspended, so all you can really do is level up and start buying champions as you go in whatever method you prefer, there's no way to get them to put the stuff over on a new account as the old account is basically the equivalent of locked.
