Can we please add a progress bar for the level?
It would be nice to know how many more games I have to act ridiculously nice to people I've never met before.

So you just act nice for honor levels? What a sell out. Just be yourself, have some integrity.
you shouldn't be grinding for it, riot meant for it to be a tiny thing on the side, to reward you at the end of the season for being nice.
It is meant to be a thing to level throughout the season. Unless riot has accelerated everything you should not expect to have lvl 5 honor at the end of this season.
