I don't believe people understand how reporting really works.

I've seen people try to report people for being toxic and they haven't said or done anything that merits toxicity. Simply put, I've seen people on my team, the ragey, ACTUAL TOXIC ONES, hate on someone because they did something disapproving of, and then try to convince the entire team to report them unjustly. Do they know that the chat logs actually get shown? With that said, how is it that the ones actually being toxic, not realize /they/ can get properly penalized? There's sarcasm in there somewhere.
