Riots ban bots

I received a chat ban recently and the logs shown didn't show much profanity and little to no flame. I was in a game with my friends and was very exited so I used caps lock almost the whole game. I decided to do a test so the next game I used caps for everything I said. And what do you know a 24 game chat ban. What do you think they should do? I should be able to use caps.
