My computer froze and I had to leave the game and rejoin. When I came back, I helped the team again. But, after the game I got banned and was placed in a low priority que. Which is 10 minutes before playing any game. How do you expect me to keep playing if I have to wait 10 minutes. I won't ever play league again unless this is fixed. Just terrible.
It takes more than one offense to get placed in low priority que. I've had it happen to me before, where I had to completely restart my laptop, and I didn't get low priority after the game was over.
If you're going to afk/leave games than you can deal with the consequences or not play at all. So, since you apparently won't be playing anyways, good bye. Let the door hit you on the way out. [slayer-jinx-catface]
If you got a 10 minute wait time then it means that you have a history of frequently leaving/afking. The system has built-in leniency for unexpected situations but frequent leaving/afking will use that leniency up. To get it back you have to not leave/afk in games and take care of everything that you need to do before you queue up for a game. From the Leaverbuster FAQ:
HOW LONG WILL I REMAIN IN THE LOW PRIORITY QUEUE? You will be placed in the low priority queue for 5 games. If you continuously leave, the low priority queue timers increase from 5 minutes per game to 20 minutes per game.

However, if you continue to leave games, you will remain in the low priority queue.
