Serious concern about Honor/Report weights

I had an encounter in an earlier game wherein two players on the opposing team mentioned they wanted to reach Mastery 7. Our Nunu, being the pinnacle of the community and helping his fellow players, offered to feed them the kills to accelerate them into the top of their performances.

  • He queued with another player who did not report him
  • He was reported by the three in my group (Myself and two others)
  • Entire other team claims to have honored him

So, I vaguely remember there being discussion of if three players report for the same offense it is more expedited. How do players honoring an offender affect this? I still have the link to the game and checked and he has been playing consistently since the event so he obviously wasn't punished.

This has been proved false time and time again and riot has confirmed this insert link here ya I forgot where they said that but they did. 1 report is all that it takes to get a game flagged for investigation. All other reports are redundant.

Honour doesn't mean jack shit, you'll still get atleast 14 day ban for int feeding . That is all.

Okay that's why I was so confused when he said in chat he was going to feed, proceeded to feed, and then continued to be able to play with no repercussions.
