Questions on Permanent Account Suspension/Questions About Tribunal Punishment Processes in LoL

This is the exact message that I sent to Riot Support's email yesterday (2/2/16) and I also tweeted them as you can see above:

Hello, LikeABossaru28 here,

I was recently permanently banned from League of Legends for toxicity. I understand the ban and everything. But I have a few questions about the Tribunal and who gets banned/suspended and how long. I was given multiple chat suspension over the past couple years of League of Legends game play. I was fairly toxic, I'll admit, but I never wished death, cancer, or aids or something of the sort upon someone else or their family. I was told to kill myself, cancer was wished upon my family and myself. When I report those people, nothing happens to them. Except when I'm aggravated and are flaming teammates (which isn't good either) I am the one that is banned for two weeks and then later banned permanently.

The questions I have about the whole Tribunal banning process. Why is it that people who troll the game, in other words forcefully make the game terrible for all the other players, people who AFK and ruin the game that way, or people who intentionally feed making it near impossible to come back from a behind game don't get any sorts of bans or any sorts of punishment? Only the people who are upset in the game are the ones that get punished for their "bad behavior".

I would like some answers about the Tribunal and also for my account suspension to be lifted and reinstated as a 6 month ban. Because I understand what I did is unacceptable for the League community. But I feel like I was treated unfairly with this permanent ban.

Thank you for your time, LikeABossaru28 (Nick B.)

What is wrong with their system of banning people? The players that are AFK, trolls that ruin the game for others, and intentional feeders that make it impossible to come back from the game get let off scott-free while people who are aggravated and occasionally flame them in chat for playing like such are either banned from chat, banned for 2 weeks, or (in my case) banned forever. It seriously makes no sense to me. Maybe one of you Riot Employees could answer this question? It's complete BS.

They are banned.

You getting mad at them for whatever reason is not an excuse
