Banned for 14 days. Been playing since 2010.

You banned me for chat problems. If I'm so bad in the chat, refund me the money I've spent in this game, and I'll go away.

When I started this game I had no idea what I was in store for. There is absolutely nothing that will prepare you for the troll that is LOL. You have managed to produce the game with the most toxic community I have ever seen. I don't care what they say. I care about what they actually do in the game. You know, people's actual actions.

I get matched constantly with people on my ignore list, that you as a company feel should just magically take these people off. I report feeders, get matched with them the next game. Then when I log off and back on, you think it's funny to match me with them again. But yes, definitely, please ban me for my mouth. Because potty words are way more important than actually trying to win your game. Keep the feeders and trolls. But please make sure you ban adults that use adult language. Nice touch telling us that a profanity filter isn't an excuse to swear.

Seriously, just give me back the cash I spent. That's all I want. I will leave your game and your psychological abuse alone. I feel you are liable for any bills I incur from this banning. Psychological care being the most important one. I feel like as a company you have engendered an environment where you are using your player base in a social experiment that I didn't sign up for nor care to participate in. The obviously malicious trolling from your company may actually be actionable. Would be interesting to look into.

Wait I have to bring this up quick before I actually go since you keep telling people to read your thread and keep bringing up your ignore function complaint.

Your words: "I don't care what they say. I care about what they actually do in the game. You know, people's actual actions." Than why are you complaining about the ignore function not working if you don't care what they say?

Your words: "I report feeders, get matched with them the next game" You must be one of those guys in-game that rages and proclaims "report this feeder" when ever someone does poorly. Some people just have bad games or get out skilled. It happens to everyone. And to those who do-do it on purpose, usually do it often and do get punished for it, just like you. I have seen it happen.

It was added into the TOS and you hit accept. You did agree. Next time "do your research" (Read the TOS) if you don't want to be apart of something and than you can hit decline and not play anymore. (The reform system)

Not how it works. You spent money volunteerily on the game. You broke their rules and were banned.

No different than if you went to a store and purchased stuff there but next time you showed up you acted so bad they permenently kicked you out of the place, they aren't giving you your money back from what you bought.

Even if you no longer access to your things you bought, they are unrelated to the fact you were bad enough to get banned. The rest of what you said I didn't even bother reading since you can't blame others for your own actions.

Dude I hate to break it to you, but you have very little knowledge of law or how Terms of Service works. Do you actually think a billion dollar network didn't think of this petty way people would try to sue them. Sorry buddy, you're not that clever. It's ALLLLLL covered in Terms of Service. Riot has a better deal for you. How about , if you be toxic again when you get back, they will take your account, permaban it, not give you ANY money back, and send you on your way. Get it? There's absolutely no winning here and if you try to sue, they will actually bill you for their lawyers when they win with the most simplest Terms of Service copy. It would be a 10min case and close.

And? Time played =/= Higher benefits. What you are entitled to is the same everyone's entitled to. You get to play the game for free.

Toxicity is your own problem. If you can´t deal with such problem, then by all means leave. Don´t expect your money back though. You spent your money willingly when you bought RP. And according to the ToS, no refunds.

Yes. Unsportsmanlike behavior is punishable, as it should. The feeders aren´t always there to ruin your fun. You know, people do have bad days. And the trolls are being dealt with but seriously...it´s an online game. It´s the internet. Nothing is immune to trolls.

Technically you did sign up to it. As many have mentioned the ToS&C. Maybe read it.

TL;DR: You got into trouble for joining the immensely large toxic community that is League. You got into trouble because you can´t keep your fingers quiet. You got banned for being toxic and now you´re being even more toxic by complaining about it.

A little bit of acceptance never killed anyone.

Again I agree with you, in principle, so do most of the rational human beings who still operate in reality. That seems like a very basic common serse view of Justice in general.

You might be a toxic little shit, but if you put out.. if you produce, you're tolerated. That's actually how life works.

However, Riot's been very clear that thought crimes against player base will be taken very serious now, since the majority of the player base are in fact trolls, getting rid of people who are making these people feel bad by being toxic is a sound business decision.

It's also a case study in how Riot is trying to shape player behavior reading some of the responses in this thread.

I'm not happy with the service I'm being provided. This is the only option of contacting Riot I have. Tried twitter accounts. Tried email. They won't respond.
