I think Riot needs to actually step up their game and look at people who, int, troll, afk, feed, say k**, cuss out people for no reason, grief, ban their teammates champs in champ select. You know what.... how about riot does their job for once. Huh? how about that,

It's really easy to cheat the system with your ints, toxicity, etc. when you offend with a certain # of "unoffended" games in between offenses. Leaverbuster shouldn't be the only instant-punishment; oftentimes it is connectivity issues that has nothing to do with the player's behavior at all
