I've been providing a friendly atmosphere among my team when they would tilt or flame each other, and would receive the most honor with 2-3. However, my friend only gets honors from me, when we duo and yet, he's already honor lvl 4 when I'm still lvl 2. WHy is that? I would like to know if I'm doing something wrong or is there something wrong specifically with my progression? Every friend I know is already lvl 3, except for me. I'm really confused.
In all honesty, there are periods where if the game puts me in particular moods, I tend to feel like the honor window that capsizes my client's entirety as more of a hassle than a request of how I view my team mates. More often if the game ends for distasteful reasons.
Think the other fault is it is also entirely situational. Some don't see the benefit in the honor system, others (like myself) are a bit one minded with their focus, as in if we're not in team fights, or aren't pushed into cooperative circumstances, there's usually not enough to actually regard that player as honor worthy. It's nothing against the players that earn the appreciation, but unlike Overwatch, League's moba style gameplay makes it slightly more complicated.
lol I flame as often as I congratulate and I'm level 4 getting a few honors every few games. You need to just play more games. quantity over quality
I feel ya brother, I am still honor level 2 and I have consistently gotten 2-4 honors each game since the new system came out. All my friends are honor 3 or 4 and they are more toxic than me, I honestly don't know how Riot's system works because I often log in and get the honorable key fragments. You're not alone in this battle against honor, just hang in there and we will eventually get honor 3 [slayer-pantheon-thumbs]
If you get validly reported, it will slow down the honor progression.
Pretty sure successful reports on other players get you honor as well, I just had a fresh account hit honor 3 in under 20 games but it had like 5 instant feedback reports.
