Riot's Ban System is MORE THAN UNJUST

I had an account that was 14 day suspended. SO when your account is suspended for 14 days, you can't play another game for 14 days right?

Guess what? I login after the suspension, and the ban system put my account into permanent ban. STRAIGHT TO PERMANENT BAN! I didnt even play (more like couldnt play a game because of the 14 day suspension) a game after the suspension, I get myself to talking to J4 from Player Behaviour, and he says there's nothing he can do to help me. I asked him to look into what happened between 14 day suspension and permanent ban, and J4 started asking when was this account created, what email did you use and didn't even look into my case. Thus, losing my account helplessly. Riot's behavior support team is not a support team. They are not there to help you, rather just deny you from any appeal or requests. My case has strong points and issues to be looked into, J4 just ignores and ehh i got no time for this crap.

I know for sure behavioral support is getting overpaid for their salaries, cause they ain't doing crap and they just let the unjust ban system do their jobs for them -_-

he's asking you those things probably because there were some weird behavior and they locked the account for security reasons.

If you can't prove that you are the true owner of the account, then there is nothing they can do to help you.

Given that this account had been inactive since 2015 and you suddenly jumped into ranked matches on different champs than were used before, it's reasonable that this wasn't originally your account.

so....verifying you are the true owner of the account is that big of a deal? Call your insurance, phone company, etc. They will need to verify you are the owner of the account if they have reason to believe you might not be. If anything, that is a good thing to make sure not every yahoo can access my account info.

Try to get a chat with Big Papa, he's a very helpful member of their team! Other than that, it sounds like your account is having security issues :)
