Still banned after 4 months

So May this year, I got a mail saying that I had been banned for using malicious 3rd party programs. I didn't understand why(and I still don't), and I just assumed it would be fixed after a support ticket, but no, it certainly wasn't. And now I've have reached 20 tickets and still I have gotten nowhere. I think it's absolutely ridiculous, even after 20 tickets most of the responses I've gotten seemes pre-written. I looked at my account's recent games and it had a few I didn't recall playing, so I wrote a new ticket, but all I got was something referring back to a previous ticket, that had nothing to do with my question. I've written two tickets about the possibility of my acount back, both answers has been:

"After looking into your issue I was able to find that your concerns were already addressed in Ticket #23177521. As we have previously mentioned in that reply, there is nothing else we can do for you in this situation. We have thoroughly investigated the issue and provided you with our definitive answers on the subject."

The only deviation of the answers has been the ticket it was referring back to, the first was my very first ticket, which had nothing to do with a hacked accont. The other was referring back to the ticket, where the answer referred back to my very first ticket. It just seems I'm in Riot's ignore box. The last 3 responses I've gotten have either been referring to something useless to the conversation, or a single saying my persistance isn't going to help.

I'm tired of getting stonewalled and banned for no reason, I've had a few other ticketsb before I got banned where most of the answers were satisfactory. I just don't get how Riot employees can care so little about a player and community member, when it's a permaban.

I hope this can catch the attention of an employee that can give me an answer, that isn't pre-written or copy pasted

I know this probably isn't the right place, I'm writing this, but I'm just annoyed and tired of getting ignored.

well.. this ban is valid if:

  • you programmed a keyboard / mouse to press 2 or more buttons quickly
  • you used MKLOL
  • you scripted
  • You used anything from ELOBuddy.com
  • you logged in from a computer that had illegal 3rd party programs in it
  • you used custom lol client that gave you unfair game advantage (even if you didn't know those advantages existed)
  • you let someone use your account, and they scripted on it
  • you botted to level up
  • you purchased an account

the list goes on.

You clearly werent ignored, they said they are done with the aubject and you will stay banned.

Ya unfortunately it sounds like they went through your situation, and definitively decided that you're guilty. They aren't gonna keep taking time for one person that they already decided to ban. Imagine how many people do what you're doing and if they went through countless interactions answering every little question multiple times. They wouldn't be able to. If you are innocent, that sucks. But if your account got hacked, unfortunately you are responsible for it in their eyes and they aren't gonna give you a pass.

I am sorry to hear this. I myself have recently been banned with accusation that I have used scripts or 3rd Party Malicious software for which I have not used. It is scary for me to think that it can go on this long with out getting any Justice. The scary thing is you are not the first person to be unjustly banned as per this example, he was banned cause his Name was similar to someone else.

The only thing that save his account is someone with intelligence looked at his issue and resolved it. Both you and I need to keep working and make our issues more visible. Anyway your feedback / up vote on my post would also be appreciated.
