How is that toxic? He literally ran into my lane and ran under tower n died to him. I pressed copy text button and this landed me a 25 game chat restriction. Really?

Only thing I see iffy here is you strongly "suggesting" a report. Otherwise I see this every day and, depending on the circumstances, it's completely understandable that you would vent your frustrations like this.

Is this the only chat log that got you in trouble, though?

Doesn't quite matter what you submit it as really, you'll get transferred to the right place at some point. However, calling for reports is bannable. You're not judged on one game. You're judged on multiple games of multiple offenses and this is only the game that triggered the review. It may be less blatant than other games or it may be consistent with what you're doing each time. However, calling for reports isn't acceptable. It just adds to and usually increases the toxicity. We're all probably guilty of it or something similar at one point but ignore it and report. That's all you gotta do.

It's just a chat restriction as well. And if it's part of the automated system, don't even waste your time with a support ticket. Your restriction WILL NOT CHANGE EVER under any circumstances that isn't a complete error on RIOT's behalf. And honestly, your game doesn't seem to be that.

Think of it this way. If a computer is looking at this game... and it will see 10 text entries and 6-8 of those (60-80%) entries come up with a positive flag for toxicity (calling for reports, arguing with team mates, general unsports) then it's going to correctly assume you're toxic.
