Getting banned for legit no reason

This game went legit so far xD. i went into a game with friends, just a normal one playing Katarina . i got perma banned for that game. and this it the chat in that game: Game 1 Cyber Põp Zoe: :/?.. I dont know, but this seems so wrong. i dont believe this is a reason to ban someone. while theres no toxicity or flame going around here. it makes no sense to me.item 3070

The first one with the gnar was blind is cause i didnt know he was not in the gamr window. And for the other part there you can scroll up i answered what that thing i said means.

You were banned for 2 weeks last month. The message you got stated that any form of negativity will result in a permanent suspension.

There has to be something missing. The only penalty I see is you being negtive and saying "Cyber Põp Zoe: fiss de pute". But I don't know French well enough to find it offensive, but it may have offended someone. All I can say is send a ticket to Riot Support.

Theres nothing really missing, thats all i got as to why i got banned. I did send a ticket cause it made no sense, i wasnt harrasing anyone as i stated before. So now im just waiting for a reply from riot cause im really confusrd to what led to this.

Hey buddy.

Sorry for no pointing this out. Id like to edit that swearing wasnt a swear at anyone. One of my teamates said “son of a btch in french. So i said “feels de pute” as a joke to it. Cause the swear word in french is “fes de puta” i think? I dont know. I only said that after that teammate swore. Not swearing at anyone if you see the context there that i even put a space between the “feels” and the rest of the word.

Google Translate translates "fiss de pute" (French) as "crack of whore" (English).

It isn't exactly a subtle insult.
