My account was suspended for using third party programs when i never did.

I was recently suspended for third party software when i have no idea what it is. This is one of my favorite games to play and i don't understand why i would install something to make me better at the game. I have put my money and time into this game for it all to be flushed down the drain. This kinda upsets me. It also angers me at the fact that i had just bought a card to get the new varus skin and its basically useless now. I really enjoy this game and if something was there that i never put there im sorry but if the suspension cannot be lifted i may still continue to play this game. Sincerely, SeperateShank

But in other words i will do anything to get this character back. I have a few hundred hours on it and my favorite game mode is ARAM. I like it because i love the team work thats involved in the head to head clash. Just some background info on me.

Avatar SEPERATESHANK Wednesday at 22:15 another thing to add after i wiped my pc i restarted it and ran it in a "patched" mode and i downloaded league again ran it tried to log in and im not sure when whatever was detected but the patched windows mode may have given off some false positives and was picked up by ur anti cheat there for banning me for "3rd party software"

Avatar SEPERATESHANK Yesterday at 14:45 All i want is to play this game again. I would never hack in a game i enjoy because i know it ruins the game for other people. I was well aware about the terms of use cause im probably the only one that actually reads them. And to be banned for something i never did is really stupid. No one else has my account either. So there is a flaw in the system and i think it is bullshit. i'm really fed up with the fact that i was banned and i will literally go to the end of the earth to get this account back. this is one of my favorite games to play and if u can i would like to request that you un-suspend my account.

I literally did not hack so if there is a problem you might want to look into it cause other people might have the same problems and instead of just going by the books like ur supposed to saying "oh you were suspended for scripting/hacking" actually take your time to look into the situation. and i would put my family's life on the line that i'm not lying if you still don't believe me then have fun losing some of your paying customers like me and on top of that some of your player base due to false bans.

If there is any possible way i can see how i broke the terms i would like to see them. And on top of that looking into my "history" its called history for a reason... people change and theres a thing called moderation. and braking the terms of service i'm positive I've done no such thing. and if u guys still think i'm a bad player well your wrong i have think I've done my part being nice in the community where as I've been ridiculed for being nice. i know its a free to play game and you don't care if one player is gone. i know you don't care what i have to say i'm actually a nice player and am fun to be around. The player in the past is not the player i am now i have received many rewards for being a team player and if u would just look past your administrative power and see this you might actually change your mind. And however certain you are sometimes things are actually wrong and you need to learn to see things like this through and acknowledge the fact that your wrong stuff like this wont happen. I'm 15 and i can see the fact that how fast you responded you took no actual time to investigate and just went off of whatever you found.

An btw if u didnt realize this is the ticket. doesnt everyone love the support team (sarcasm). Doesnt everyone love the support team LOL probably never returning to league if this account doesnt get unbanned. Will post more of it once they respond.
