My account was suspended for using third party programs when i never did.

I was recently suspended for third party software when i have no idea what it is. This is one of my favorite games to play and i don't understand why i would install something to make me better at the game. I have put my money and time into this game for it all to be flushed down the drain. This kinda upsets me. It also angers me at the fact that i had just bought a card to get the new varus skin and its basically useless now. I really enjoy this game and if something was there that i never put there im sorry but if the suspension cannot be lifted i may still continue to play this game. Sincerely, SeperateShank

But in other words i will do anything to get this character back. I have a few hundred hours on it and my favorite game mode is ARAM. I like it because i love the team work thats involved in the head to head clash. Just some background info on me.

Avatar SEPERATESHANK Wednesday at 22:15 another thing to add after i wiped my pc i restarted it and ran it in a "patched" mode and i downloaded league again ran it tried to log in and im not sure when whatever was detected but the patched windows mode may have given off some false positives and was picked up by ur anti cheat there for banning me for "3rd party software"

Avatar SEPERATESHANK Yesterday at 14:45 All i want is to play this game again. I would never hack in a game i enjoy because i know it ruins the game for other people. I was well aware about the terms of use cause im probably the only one that actually reads them. And to be banned for something i never did is really stupid. No one else has my account either. So there is a flaw in the system and i think it is bullshit. i'm really fed up with the fact that i was banned and i will literally go to the end of the earth to get this account back. this is one of my favorite games to play and if u can i would like to request that you un-suspend my account.

I literally did not hack so if there is a problem you might want to look into it cause other people might have the same problems and instead of just going by the books like ur supposed to saying "oh you were suspended for scripting/hacking" actually take your time to look into the situation. and i would put my family's life on the line that i'm not lying if you still don't believe me then have fun losing some of your paying customers like me and on top of that some of your player base due to false bans.

If there is any possible way i can see how i broke the terms i would like to see them. And on top of that looking into my "history" its called history for a reason... people change and theres a thing called moderation. and braking the terms of service i'm positive I've done no such thing. and if u guys still think i'm a bad player well your wrong i have think I've done my part being nice in the community where as I've been ridiculed for being nice. i know its a free to play game and you don't care if one player is gone. i know you don't care what i have to say i'm actually a nice player and am fun to be around. The player in the past is not the player i am now i have received many rewards for being a team player and if u would just look past your administrative power and see this you might actually change your mind. And however certain you are sometimes things are actually wrong and you need to learn to see things like this through and acknowledge the fact that your wrong stuff like this wont happen. I'm 15 and i can see the fact that how fast you responded you took no actual time to investigate and just went off of whatever you found.

An btw if u didnt realize this is the ticket. doesnt everyone love the support team (sarcasm). Doesnt everyone love the support team LOL probably never returning to league if this account doesnt get unbanned. Will post more of it once they respond.

If you had to wipe your PC because it had a bunch of viruses, have you considered that your account may have been compromised due to them? If it gets stolen because of negligent security practices on your end, you'll be held responsible for actions taken on the account. I was also banned earlier today for this and was told the exact same stuff when i don't even know what the heck they are talking about, as i have never touched hacks/ or any unauthorized programs, and i have proof, as on may 14th i was suspended for my bank chargeing back some RP, and has been suspended for a month now, im going through my emails and it says that i was banned permanently for this exact reason when i havent even had access to my account to hack on, RIOT this is UNFAIR banning, i didnt do anything wrong and couldnt of due to a prior suspension, i couldnt even log in and yet your telling me i was hacking?

Scripting bans are done in waves. You probably got caught with a 3rd-party program 2-6 months ago to be caught in the current round.

but, i went through the list of known 3rd party programs in this thread http://boards.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/c/player-behavior-moderation/5dmkJinG-3rd-party-applicationsmodifications-whats-allowed-and-what-isnt and have never had any of the ones that arnt allowed on my computer, if there's another list that's official, i have never used any program that could give me an in game gameplay advantage, i don't even really know what scripting or hacking looks like in league as ive only heard stories of it

There are many unallowed programs not on that list. My point is just that you not having the account for the last 2 months doesn't mean that you weren't caught earlier and just not banned.

Alrighty, do they have a list somewhere else i can look at that anywhere else? I never had any programs that helped me gameplay wise, and would very much like to clear my name or at the very least figure out what i was suspected of using, it's shocking to think that me, one of the worst players in this game, could be accused of hacking, i lit like lose almost every game

The official answer is that any and all 3rd party programs can get you banned. While Riot will turn a blind eye to some programs that provide no competitive advantage, they have the right to ban you if you use ANY of them.

even communication programs? because that's basicly all i use? and that's unfair that an communication program such as skype or discord can get you banned if that's the case, as the whole game is teamwork based and teamwork is better with voice chat

Skype can't, because it doesn't interact with League directly. Curse or discord can, but are generally overlooked. If those programs add something besides communication back in (they previously were out of compliance) then they could also get you banned.

I agree with this, It is def an automated system and when we ask why/what for we were banned for, we get no answer and we get quick responses that look directly copy and pasted from other tickets, it's obvious they don't actually take the time to read ANY OF our tickets

Actually i take that back but i have a friend in the tech department and he checked it and said there was just malware no backdoors, keyloggers, etc. if there was i use an anti keylogger software called spy shelter to prevent this from happening. And if ur not bright malware is software that is intended to damage or disable computers and computer systems. In which it prevented me from updating windows and sloed my pc down so i wiped it.

As shitty, as the support is, and as toxic as people are, and as conclusion jumping ass's riot can be, they don't deserve to be treated the way you did in that paragraph. and treating someone like this is not the way to get them to see that your a reasonable productive member of the community, i was banned falsely as well and have never treated a riot employee this way even though i was VERY furious about being falsely banned, They deserve at least some civility and respect for creating and maintaining an awesome game, even though i do agree that it does seem that it is autobanning people and they arnt looking into the ones that got auto banned and just accepting it as fact, they need to show at least some trust that some people don't lie about it and are actually falsely banned, for example i was never even remotely given the chance to prove my innocence, they just said straight up i did it, when i havent ever touched any kind of illegal programs or "hacking" and have never even thought about it, my goal with this game was always to improve my skills through playing LOTS AND LOTS OF LEAGUE and my match history showed it, i have lost like 10 games and i didnt do well in said games, they're was lit no reason to suspect me for hacking or exploiting anything, and I'm never had a problem with riot support i've had like 6 tickets for bugs and crashes and rp problems and stuff like that and ALL of that was answered quickly and efficiently with kindness and respect from the rioters until this most recent ban when they treat me like im trash and a lying hacker, won't tell me why they think im a hacker and when all the evidence that goes against that is presented they ignore it, for this i have been deeply upset by riot and if people who are unjustly banned are treated like this, riot is making the community MORE toxic by removing good players from game and leaving more toxic ones in, IN this case i do believe after the way you reacted to it you should be banned and removed from this game for that PURE toxicity, even if not for hacks just for the toxicity, TL:DR I loved riot and found support reliable before they ruined how i perceived them in the last ticket, now since then i won't be recommending League to any more friends, as this is unforgivable for how they treated me, and the worst part was it was all prob because of a report with like no words in it that they didnt even read
