PERMA BANNED FOR USING THIRD PARTY SOFTWARE!

I was perma-banned for using 3rd party malicious software on 7/23/17, however I never used 3rd party software. Here is a timeline to explain:

On 7/17/2017 I changed my password because I realized someone had access to my account and was playing games on it. And on 7/23/17 I was banned for using 3rd party malicious software. I never used 3rd party software so I presume the person who hacked into my account was using 3rd party malicious software. Now my account is banned from lack of security. What can be done so I can hopefully recover my account and not let this happen again.

MY account is very old and very dear I would hate to see it gone.

UPDATE: I see in my email I requested a password change request on 7/17/2017 and 7/20/17, I believe I changed my password the 20th, but the hacker tried to change my password the 17th.

Lemme guess, you paid someone to boost you, he used scripts and got you banned. He was one playing Twitch and Lucian with flash on F while u always had it on D?

Write a ticket to the support though your chances may be slim. Accountsecurity is your job and if someone else gets your info its on you. Thats why riot bans accounts not persons. 3rd Party software was used on the account and it gets banned.

... if someone was playing your account at your house and has installed 3rd party software it would be rather hard to say it was another person. If they were somewhere else I'm sure riot would see a new IP.

I have had an account x 2 for 6 years and never had a "hack" into it. How did you realize someone had accessed your account?

Looking at your match history, There were no games between 5/18 and 7/13. The games played from 7/13 - 7/16 before you changed your info were 4 games and they played the same champs as all of your other games and performed the same... the only new champ is a veigar game and a gragas game, but the other 2 were zil games and you played a tonne of zil.

to me, and probably to riot it doesn't look like someone different had your account. The odds of them playing the same champs as you are maining with the exception of the one time your not mid and jungle as gragas is unlikely.
