Big question can riot ban u for 14 days without having given chat ban or a warning before hand. Or can they just go around throwing 14 day bans every time someone reports you? Seeing as I got one never having been warned of toxic behavior and or having a chat ban and had Lv 5 honor last season?

I'm think this is maybe worth a chat ban instead of a 14 day ban seeing as i hadn't had any chat related bans prior.
