Need a vote kick option for champ select

I seriously think we need a pre-game option to somehow dodge a trolls before the game even starts.... Just ran into this situation 2 consecutive times. First game the midlaner start flaming the jungler (he is gona be useless, wont gank, etc...) then the guy gets pissed and picks teemo jungle....

The next game started like this (player1 banned player2's yas) (I'm such a cool guy for replacing nicks tho...)

So maybe some kind of a non-abusable dodge solution would be great, where you can kick out one player with a majority of 4. (The abuse part would be obviously the dodge of unfavorable matchups). Or even better the system may look for another player for that position...

That is the proverbial million dollar question preventing something like this.

Any form of vote kick is very much abusable, however.

One issue is that that'll just transfer the trolling to in game. So I'd quietly lock in soraka support and THEN run it down mid to avoid being kicked. People are nasty viruses that adapt to overpower their limitations at the expense of others.
