This guy was flaming me all game, i didnt flame at all, what i said here is the truth, flaming is: "omg youre r%%%%%ed omg"

But i get suspended 14 days for this while i have people telling me to kill myself and they dont get suspended or punished at all, i know this because if they do Riot tells me in client that they issued a penalty.

I even made a ticket to Riot a few months ago cus a premade group of 3 told me over and over to kill myself and then they reported me which got ME a penalty just becasue they were 3 and i was just solo.

I know Riot is incompetent when it comes to these things but how bad can you actually be after all these years? Shouldnt you at least have a smidge of experience with these things and manage to resolve them with at least a tiny bit of justice?

Fix this now.

If they gave you chat logs, then you were banned for chat behavior not "no reason".

I would consider this sort of chat poor behavior.

You're responsible for your behavior regardless of how other people are acting. If you had a problem with how they were behaving mute them (if applicable to the behavior) then report them at the end if you feel like Riot should look into it.

Well, your chat log is negative and the "honesty/truth" excuse is not going to fly. This is a progression in the system since you have had previous punishments before.

You also have misconceptions, like Riot telling you someone was punished. This is not the case. Riot doesn't always give that pop up notification that someone was punished. If you actually had people tell you "kys" and you reported it post gane, then they probably got a 14 day ban.

1 report in a game does the same as 9. This is done so premades don't have extra power. The chat restriction was probably for retaliating, not defending, against that premade though. If you want to defend yourself, mute.

Cant insult players. Thats against the rules. Doesnt matter what they do; only matters what you do. This means they could be threatening your family, and if you say "youre dumb af" (which you did say), youre now also breaking the rules, and you will both be dealt with individually with no relation to the other person.
