Permently Suspended

While you're waiting for the ticket response, you can google the year you're suspended until to maybe find out why. There's many reasons an account can be suspended, it's not always negative behaviour.

Chat logs or you are guilty

If you've done nothing wrong, you wouldn't be suspended. The only time that accidental suspensions happened was the wave that occurred when their 3rd party program detection was overzealous.
