Should had done the "muted" (like actually use the function) many, many, many, many lines ago.

The question is not "does this deserve a perm ban?" The correct question you should ask is "does this deserve a punishment?" Whether that punishment is a perm ban or not depends on whether or not you've had a 14-day punishment on your account.

This chat log absolutely deserve a punishment. You are whining and complaining literally 90-95% of the log ("Negative Attitude" is one of the reportable option). Regardless of what the Ali may had done, you were flaming him all the way to the end. You also flaming your jungle it seems.

When did you find the time to play with all these whiny typing and negativity?

kind of annoying but perma ban for this ? fuck no ! this system is made by sjws that cant have their opinions disagreed with. Anything that ruffles their feathers is considered ban worthy.

In addition to harassing your teammates, it appears you went afk for the last few minutes of the game.

If this followed a 2 week ban, then a permaban was the next step.

No, but it is something that Riot would chat restrict for, which means it will be a permaban if you're coming off of a two week ban.

There's no point in asking for reports. 1 report does the same thing as 9. If even 1 person reports, they get reviewed, and more reports wont affect anything.

Even if they did, I hate opponent's who as for reports. I see all too often opponent's asking to report one of their teammates due to toxicity when that person never once typed in all chat (Cant see in this situation, but nearly every time someone asks, Ive seen 0 toxicity). This isnt the honor system. Im not reporting one stranger due to another stranger asking.

With that said, your chat is pretty mild, but you're pretty obnoxious. I can really only see it being punishable if you've been consistently reported overall. A build up of mild toxicity can bring a punishment. To bring a permaban for this, you had to be fairly fresh off of a 14day ban, as anyone here will tell you that you come back to the game on EXTREMELY thin ice.

Best thing to learn is to just shut your mouth and just play. Most people here will tell you that the chat is meant for strategy and encouragement. If you aren't doing either (Which you are not), then don't talk and just play. If someone's talking is bothering you, mute them, and possibly report them. There's literally no reason to respond to people.

Sending even the mildest toxicity is reportable, and will be punished after enough times being reported for it. The harsher the toxicity, the less times you'll have to be reported for it overall.
