So i managed to reach level 27 today, and oh boy i saved dust to get my hands on Pyke to start my journey for upcoming ranked. Now i ended up in same queue with Lucian who went 0/8 and afked three minutes at early levels after dead couple times pre 5 minutes ingame. i was playing Reksai jungle and he verbally assaulted me right after he died level 1 to a gank saying its my fault while i was taking their topside entire jungle. When i get assaulted like this in-game, and my entire team reports this guy. WHY I am the one getting 14 day suspension if this one angry kid reports me. Its like somebodys holding a gun in your head and all you can do is to say go on, shootl me or otherwise you end up spending rest of your life in jail. I usually ignore peoples who fight but if i wanna defend my own decision making and say why that person is wrong. why this system instantly punishes us who never start arguments. Feedback system is very badly done robot and i have never experienced such an lack of freedom in speech in any game. Also this kinda persons tend to manipulate enemy team in cross-chat to report you too wich just makes whole system worse. ALso other players who dont wish to listen to MY conversation with one specific person has option to mute so i feel like i can answer to this dude what ever i like. I also used to play league when there was no such feedback systems and actually nothing have changed except no other peoples but toxic ones use this chat system anymore and most of them get punished yes. but if team chats only purpose is to have an argument or write "xd" when somebody gets kill. is it even worth the trouble anymore to be in the game at all. i see peoples have normal conversations in-game around 1/200 games becose they are more afraid to use or follow chat than actually not mute all players in the start of the game

The only reason you would get a suspension if someone reports you is if your behavior was bad enough to merit that punishment. Can you share your chat logs from the game in question? A 14-day ban usually means that you either had prior punishments, or your language crossed a zero-tolerance policy of some kind.

Because you were also toxic.

Also if it's your first punishment, that means you tripped their extreme filter, instead of the regular one, and you told someone to commit suicide, or used slurs.

You are getting a 14 day suspension because of what you said to the guy.

That's not how it works around here - you are responsible for your chat at the end of the day, and if that chat breaks the rules, you can and will be sanctioned for it. What the other guy does doesn't factor into it.

The fact that you got a 14 day suspension means that you've either already served both a 10 and 25 game chat restriction, or you used extreme stuff like slurs or suicide encouragement. If you posted your chatlog (it should show up immediately when you log in), we could tell you what happened.

In any case, any further violations of the summoner's code after the suspension is over will result in a permaban. Please take the warning seriously, because there's no coming back from a perma.
