Just yesterday, I finished my promos (8-2, placed in Silver IV) and I'm completely fine with that. So I decided to hop into some more games because I was on a hot streak and playing really well. But I started seeing a major change in my teammates behavior once I became ranked. In the past two games I've played, I've had a player troll top lane. (I main ADC) a support who got mad when I asked them to play back a little and decided to start taking my farm. And just a few moments ago, I had to dodge a game because my mid laner and jungler both wanted to play the same champ, and he troll picks teemo jungle. So sadly, I'm sitting at -3 LP in Silver IV really considering what is happening and whether or not I should wait a while until people are placed and start going to their suited rank, or am I just really unlucky.

While it is always your right to elect to dodge a champion select, you must accept the penalty for doing so. Riot does not reverse dodge penalties. That being said, I don't really agree with your decision now - teemo jungle is actually quite viable, and if he had actually trolled in game he would've gotten a swift ban - 90% of players like this if you call their bluff will play the game normally when it starts. They're just looking for someone to dodge so they don't have to that way they can get right back in and get their preferred champ.
