wether you think nubrac should be banned or not, he has been banned for the wrong game and reason

No matter what your opinion on Nubrac is and if hes strategy is legit, he has been banned for inting, feeding and running it down. Which neither of those things he did. Refusing to communicate falls under negative behavior and thus should not result in a ban based on 1 game (they only shared 1 game in the ban report).

If banning based on 1 game is truly the fashion league goes these days, 90% of the community would be banned as well. This clearly indicates there has been manual intervention and not an automati ban process. This means one of 2 things

not as many people report hem as some people claim it to be
someone used hes contacts to get the ban roling, which can be considered abuse of power (which should result in that person being fired)
rito is hella hypocrit, as they have shown many times before

if everything stays the way it is right now, everyone who plays league of legends for fun, should be afraid. Because he had a 65% winrate on roaming teemo top, he was playing to win, he just did it in another way. He didn't force sivir to pick sivir, but he uses the fact that sivir can sololane to roam. Also, riots general punishment for bad communication is a chat ban. HMMM that seems to help in improving communication. Hem being mid, is clear enough that he is not bot. should he perma spam pings? should he be a slave to hes 4 teammates because he picked support? how can a support climb if he just has to listen to hes adc. A support is a player of hes own to make hes own decissions. If the adc don't like it, succ it and addapt, he probably did the same

Also, some of the high ELO players are hella toxic both on stream and in chat. Riot never does anything to them, because they are high elo players. if you like your open minded communication facade that much, at least give some of them a chat restriction. Everyone knows you're hypocrites, you've shown it multiple times, but please, try to at least hide it a bit. In NB3's defense he did not flame after pre-game lobby in chat. (clearly visible in this video from NB3's perspective. However flaming on stream towards other players is also bannable (there are cases of this happening in the past). based on this game NB3 should not be banned as some people suggest for flaming, but man, just look around on twicth for 30 minutes and you can find easily a lot of harder griefers and flamers than either of the 2 subjects in this game

indeed i had not seen that specific answer indeed. Still riot should communicate this reason to the person being banned. The current system is always leading to big forum discussion because riot still don't know how to communicate, like so many other games they refuse to share decent details on bans, untill thousands of people start to complain about it. If you get banned at least you get to deserve the reason why.

Once more, in their ban report they linked only one specific game. One specific game does not show a pattern. The use of the system in this way opens up abuse, hypocracy and lies. Although i gladly believe that comment is completely true, they should at least link multiple of those games and give an explanation why. Because when nubrac asked another rioter, this rioter didn't only know the ban reason (which is logical, not everyone can know eveyone that is banned ofc), but wasn't even able to deduce the ban reason based on the ban report. That is nuf said i think (EDIT: upvoted your response so it will stay high for others to view, still my opinion stands that riot system is crap, hypocritical and open for abuse)

Aye. Their reform card feedback is indeed crap and we at PB boards have wanted them to improve on it for a while.

There was a post similar to this waaayy back in the days and Riot's response was that the people whom troll know exactly what they did wrong and why they were punished even though only 1 game was given as example.

Granted streaming wasn't as big back then, so reform cards were more personal and wasn't as public.

NB3 disagreed with opening in early stages, full mutes to keep his mental, said not to go to that morons stream.

Calls him trash, bisch on the other hand, which isn't ban worthy imo.

NB3 often flames in other games as well, but that aside, i mainly want to focus on the hypocracy of riot, i will also link your vid as NB3 didn't flame in chat (at least not after pre-game lobby) this game indeed which isn't clear from my current post.

riot/rito has multiple ban reasons and punishments in place. And everything here indicates a manual ban, that is in my opinion for the wrong reason and with added not even the worst of the games Nubrac did his 'grieving' in, linked as the game reason why he got banned.

The fact that a single employee can make a ban decision without any verification before is a system that shouldn't exists in a game in 2019. This has been proven multiple times by bans getting sent out after a video, that has been lifted a few days later with a public announcement about why it happened.
