I was permanently banned.

Edit: I only have logs for what I said during the argument. I was hoping for a riot employee to see this post.

I would really appreciate if you guys read the whole thing, and try to understand where I'm coming from.

Also a disclaimer: I am in no way racist, ant-semitic, or homophobic. The words I chose were very terrible, but they in no way shape or form reflect who I am as a person. The whole bit about the Trump part was just me trolling, and I admit that i was very out of line for that.

Now for full disclosure I will post the full pastebin of the things that I said in chat. Yes I am going to admit these are very horrible things to say, and I have no excuse for it. I was in an argument with 2 of the enemy opponents. Unfortunately they only show the words that I said, not the words they said as well. If a riot employee sees this, they can check all of the chat logs from that game. Now while I admit I was very out of line, and said very bad things. I was also told to kill myself and that i was mentally handicapped (which I do have a few things wrong with my mind). These chat logs do not reflect me as a person. Prior to this there had been 0 incidents like this. I've never gotten any chat restrictions or warnings. I've gotten the rewards for good behavior. I'm always trying to help my team win. I had 1 game where I had bad behavior, now my account is banned forever.

Note: I have already submitted a ticket, and they replied with a small paragraph saying I'm not getting unbanned. What I would like is to have a discussion or something along those lines with a riot employee who can empathize. Yes I know I made a mistake, one mistake. I'm completely willing to reform my bad behavior from that game, and be a shining member of the community.

I'll now post the whole story and my thoughts:

I was permanently banned on February 25th for having a terrible game and being admittedly very toxic. Now I understand that toxicity should be punished. But I was not having a great day, I have been having trouble at work, and in my personal life. Now that's no excuse, but I have never been punished before hand, and on my first offense I get permanently banned. I can see me getting chat restricted or temp. banned to let me know, hey don't do that. You can hit me with a permanent chat restriction and I would understand, but I simply just don't understand why I would get permanently banned.People have threatened me, told me to kill myself, said very racist insults towards me. I've reported many of these people, and some who just int there way through every game if you dont give them their blue buff, or if you ban a champ and they wanted to play it they just call you racial slurs in chat, but I've seen maybe one or two of them actually get punished for their behavior. In the same game that I got banned for I was told to kill myself by the enemy team multiple times, and also told that I had mental health issues. Were any of them reprimanded for their actions? And I've spent hell of a lot of time, and money on my league account and I've been playing since season 1 of this game. I even got the teamwork ribbon when it was a thing, that's got to count for something right? But in all seriousness I have seen people been chat restricted/temp. banned for much worse. I'm not a toxic person, I just had a very idiotic and ignorant outburst. I know it was wrong, and I will never do it again. I'm genuinely lost as to why I was permanently banned on my first offense though. I don't believe my comments that game were terrible enough to be considered one of the most toxic players in the game. Especially since that was the first game I've ever said stuff like that. I would like a second look at my case.
