For this coming year, perhaps you can do something similar.
How about players get a one time use coupon, for 50% anything in the shop (excluding Ultimate skins of course)?

But that is in fact how you are allowed to earn it, notice the word allowed. Yes its not a guarantee to recieve it.

Sarutobi1 votesI mean they usually don't tell us in advance if they will give away stuff mainly because people shouldn't be expecting anything. If anything they at least do something once a year. When that will happen is anyone's guess!
