Out of game harrassment but I'm unable to report.

I had a match with player <Removed by Moderation> where I reported him for his verbal diarrhea and poor sportsmanship. Mostly the disparaging comments. Afterwards, he invited me to a premade game. I immediately declined. Later one of his friends,<Removed by Moderation>, invited me, I didn't know the guy but I accepted because I don't even know most of the people on my friends list. They then proceded to make use of the new voice chat system to basically spout obsenities for a minute before kicking me, but I'm unable to report this and the Riot support page is bugged and won't let me do a ticket. This sort of out of game harrassment is unacceptable and should be punished. So if a Red sees this could they please forward it to the appropriate dept. Thanks.
