There are very unlucky times that my internet has crashed and my laptop just freezes.
I am not toxic nor do I want to leave these games. I want to rank up too.
I am getting low priority queues even though I reconnect back into the game and try.

I suggest not playing until you get a better comp. That is what I had to do during my first semester. Laptop fan died, still played, got leavebuster, stopped playing until I got a fix.
The point is that, intentionally or not, you are negativly impacting 4 other people on your team.
I know it's hard, I had to deal with the same thing, but just stick through with it, or get a new computer.
get a better laptop. why should anyone have to play with you when you're internet is not stable or your laptop crashes? how fair is that?
