My pc froze, it didnt even load health bars above all champions and because of that i restarted my computer-> and then i got 5 games penalty and 20 minutes waiting.. is thisd okay? seriously? i came back to game after like 5 minutes and i still got penalty + i didnt earn exp/blue essence...that's just insane really!!!![zombie-brand-facepalm]
You only get a 20 minute Leaverbuster ban (the highest it can issue) if you have a consistent history of leaving/afking in games. If you know you're having computer problems then it is your responsibility to fix those issues before you queue up for a game. Yes LB has some built-in leniency for out of your control issues but it only goes so far before it's all used up, which in your case it was. Once you can play 5 games without leaving/afking you will be taken out of the Low Priority Queue (LPQ) and can work on getting your account back in good standing with LB.
