Champion-Selection toxicniss

Hello my dear LoL Players!

As everybody knows, there is such a high toxicniss in the champ slecection and you dont really can report the flamers there with the normal report system after a game. And in recent games its getting more and more worst. For example, a teamm8 banned a champion that somebody of my team wanted to play. He said sorry and wanted to give him is own role if he would be more happy than. But this random dude flamed so hard and my team couldnt even talk to him anymore. And situations like this are normal. Many people even start flaming for no reason. Would be there an extra report section after a game to report such people, they would get banned more easily. I personally dont want to write an email with the screenshoot every time i get such a player in my team. What do you guys think about this issue and how to fix it ?
