Why isn't Rito doing anything about the toxic community?

I've been playing for quite some time and in 95 percent of the games, the toxicity is out of control. Why is that for this long now we still have so many toxic players? It's like Rito looks the other way to keep the dough rolling in. So we are forced to tolerate the shit experience just so they can continue to collect revenue. is it really worth it?

Yes it is worth it, that guy who you call toxic might have had a bad day got on league and his team fed. This isn't an excuse to some extent but in my eyes that player shouldn't be punished for one game or chat banned he had a bad day and it came out into league poorly.

And sorry but revenue goes down if Riot cracks down on everyone who swears or gets mad so as much as you want them too they would lose a large portion of revenue.

And finally the unpopular opinion of grow some skin sure some insults shouldn't be tolerated but someone telling you to F off or stfu or even telling you to uninstalled gets to you mute them i'm so tired of people not muting and bitching about it

IF YOU DON'T MUTE THEM YOU ARE PART OF THE PROBLEM AND JUST WANT DRAMA
