didn't get runes recompensation
I got a message that for all the runes I bought I would get 6000 blue essences which would make me have 31k IP/BE, but after I closed the message my blue essence amount stayed the same

Check your loot -- you may have an orb that needs to be opened. Not 100% sure that's how it works, but that's how previous orbs have worked.
