what does riot do with bad players?

Ok so for the past few games I have won lane every time ( you can look at my match history). but certain people on my team always feed. for example last game i had a 0/11 master yi and a 2/10 jarvan. if you dont believe me http://matchhistory.na.leagueoflegends.com/en/#match-details/NA1/2151569882/206120783?tab=overview. any ways i just have a feeling riot puts bad people together for a purpose if you for example have AFK buster or Chat restriction. The game was just not even fun when all you is die because of those kinds of players. Also they were very toxic

I'm not sure you should be complaining too much about other people...

Seeing as you left a game and, also, you went 0/11/4 as Master Yi less than two weeks ago...

Based on your games, you'd probably wind up stuck in your own "punishment".

Simple answer to your thread:

They put them in Bronze and Silver.

It is simple, that is what matchmaking is for. When you lose your MMR goes down and you get matched with worse people until you stop losing. If they are truly bad and not just having a bad game then they will take that same deficiency into their next game and lose again and keep falling. You will take your skills into the next game and be more likely to win.

Realistically though most of these people are just having bad games. But since you only see people for 1 game most of the time, that 1 game is entirely what you base your opinion of their skill on.

What you are describing is known as Prisoner's Island. It is an old and oft suggested idea, that Riot doesn't like and has repeatedly shot down.

Players banished to Prisoner's Island would feed off of each others rage and toxicity and as a result never have a chance to reform, and thus never leave the island.

Riots goal is reform, so Prisoner's Island is definitely not something they want.
