Chat banned timer bug?

So Im trying to figure out why the chat ban is stuck on 4:00. Is it a bug or a new policy? Because it wont give me new messages afterwards.

I presume a bug. Because I'm currently on a chat ban and I've had the same problem.
Haven't been able to communicate more than 3 times and even have forgotten for 3 games in a row that oh wait, only 3 messages before i get no more whatsoever :( Comminucating with pings on a 40 or so minute game after using up all three messages becomes a giant pain xD
I've seen another person talk about this. I'd submit a ticket to support and maybe go back tomorrow during their live chat hours and see if they can look into it for you.
Still happening , happened to me too.I have now lost 3 games because of this (my team completely ignores pings but they respond to chat messages). Thanks rito
