Hello Everyone,

Here is a bit of experience that I have had while playing League. I sent this block of text to Riot because of how fed up I am with how toxic and verbally abusive the game has gotten, which is no longer fun for me to play anymore.

I have had terrible gaming experience resolving around players who tell me to kill myself, call me retarded, etc, etc. Yet I'm the one who gets permanently banned. I report them and nothing happens. You should be able to look at the chat history of my last game as theViperRKO13 and see that i barely did anything to them and yet they persisted on calling me names (mostly retarded and other names). Your'e game has gotten more and more toxic and verbally abusive every day and nothing changes. Actually I have been told to kill myself multiple times in different games and even told how i should do it.

I love the game, i just hate these types of idiots playing it because it ruins the gaming experience for me and gets me even more angry with it. Which is actually causing me to hate the game now. So if you don't want this to happen, I suggest you make changes or you just lost a customer. I will be also most likely posting this on a forum as well to show everyone of my gaming experiences and how horrible i have been treated.

Also i would like to have my account(s) back or if not both, just one of them, preferably Captain Amer1ca, but if not theViperRKO13 will be fine, if possible.

You've talked about what players have done to you yet failed to mention what you've done that got you banned on TWO accounts and you're asking for an unban? This doesn't make sense to me tbh.

oh yes, absolutely, these days you must be on the look out for troll squads looking for victims to put 'over the edge'

whether that take the form of suicide, or a verbal outburst, which is more common.

however, your whole "I'm taking my business elsewhere" schtick simply won't work here. League of Legends is like the Cereal isle of the grocery store, too many dumb kids break the rules of traditional market based economies.

I find League fun. I enjoy playing League with friends when I get the chance (which is rare nowadays).

I don't find the community fun at all. I tend to mute everyone in my game by muscle memory. The game has gotten funner for me since I started doing that. I really wish that the mute function would carry over to the Postgame chat.

In regards to your thought of them saying worse things and not get punished, the current system only gives you a punishment notification if the game you reported them was the game that punished them. You won't get a notification if it was building towards their case.

Its not the greatest visibility for the behavioral system, thus many people think that the system doesn't work. But Infact it's working than better than ever. Just the visibility sucks.

Riot is looking to improve on the behavioral system's visibility, nut we won't see it until after the new client is up and running smoothly.
