Check the match history and decide for yourself. The player literally seems to be trolling/inting and unfortunately got him in one of my games I reported but the player didn't get banned and played another 2 games after the game I reported.

This person is straight up inting in peoples ranked games including mine and is not getting banned xdd
The 1-20 game almost surely gets him punished, that is just total mindless inting.
Could you show us a pic, where he has at least 2 played games after the Brand? It's very likely he got punished after that (sometimes there is a 20-30 min delay, thats why i asked for 2 games)

quick update this player is still active and playing why the hell is this slipping through the cracks watch the reply on the brand game he straight inted into them 20 fucking times in a row It disgusts me that players like this get to get away with this kinda shit
