Is there a dos and donts list

So I was in conversation with someone in game and we were talking about the things that are and are not reportable. He thought that a negative KDA was feeding and was reportable, but was suprised to find that it was not, and also that asking for reports WAS reportable as griefing.

Now there are a million different little things that are and are not reportable and I was wondering if there was a sticky or thread that says things that are or are not, and if there is not, could we start one? I would really love to have a link I can give people that is nice and neat and says exactly how/what their thing is reportable for. Not nessisarly a big discussion on each, but like

Intentional Feeding is reportable as Feeding/Griefing Having a bad game is not reportable Harassing someone with intent or malice is reportable "trash talk" is not reportable Inting means X Feeding means X These things are Zero Toleranc, X Y Z

Just a big ol list that can be shown.

It’s hard to make such a list because when you do so, people will find some way to do something outside that list to still ruin games but be harder to detect. Furthermore, it’s very likely it would be a long list and the people who would benefit from reading it wouldn’t read it.

Basically they dont do a specific list, because theres a millions things you could do to get punished. A list that is more specific than things like "dont insult anyone" would be impossible to make. They already have a general guideline in the ToS and summoners code. They could benefit from putting in there "never insult players" because i think people try to rationalize a single insult because its not necessarily harassment.

Its basically; cant insult anyone. Cant intentionally die. Cant hold debates and arguements in the middle of a match. Cant grief people. Cant afk. Cant provoke/taunt people beyond using emotes to do so. Cant have a defeatist attitude, stating you will lose, your team will lose, you have no chance, etc... Cant share accounts. Cant win trade. Cant buy accounts.

Theres gotta be more but thats all i canthink of right now.

There's a difference between reportable and punishable. Pretty much anything is reportable. There is nothing to prevent a player from filing 9x reports in every postgame screen, or to submit tickets about anyone or anything thru Rito's support webpage. Things that are punishable on the other hand are the things that lead to Rito's IFS punishing an account. Rito is tight-lipped about how this works exactly so players don't game the system. Just keep that in mind.
