Can we please have some more updates on the system?

It's been a while from what I noticed that changes were made to the tribunal system and recently I have lost quite a few games (recently not over all, overall is probably like 20+) due to trolls and people being toxic and so on which is in ranked where it matters most.

In my opinion there needs to be a type of system in game to detect when a player is being toxic and flash a warning on their screen to warn them about their actions and if they continue even after the warning they will receive punishments. Because after the end game screen it doesn't really matter that much in my opinion since there are a lot of players in league of legends and the chances of playing with that person again and on your team are very slim so I could honestly care less but I report them anyways for the satisfaction. You guys say to just use the mute button but let's be honest we are curious and want to know what people are always saying about us and it's hard to keep them muted for the rest of the game. and if two allies are fighting chances are they won't listen to you and mute each other which will happen a lot.

And last of all, Can you please make changes all of a sudden to the tribunal system and not over time because I am getting very tilted lately of constantly having trolls and toxic people on my team to the point of me becoming toxic as well and I went to the support forums multiple times talking about the system and reporting players and It feels like I am speaking to a brick wall and they told me to take it to the forums so riot, PLEASE TELL ME YOU ARE DOING SOMETHING AND THIS POST WAS WORTH SOMETHING.

I lied not last of all since i got one more thing, In my opinion once again League of legends has the most toxic community right next to youtube and something huge needs to be done about it, not outside the game inside the game. and maybe outside for tiers such as master and challenger since the chances are very high of vsing the same person again and or having them on your team. I'm not saying league of legends is ALL toxic because there are a lot of nice people but when people are toxic, well they tell you to go hang yourself from a noose. Also i have noticed the number of green badges and red badges has gone down LOL. It is honestly very uncommon to see people with them anymore, Take that as a sign riot and this post as well.

TL;DR: Make it so toxic people get warned in game about their actions and possibly punish them in-game to stop toxicity also riot please tell me you are listening to this post. and if anyone else reads this please comment some more ideas to help out
