As Hana said, even if he were allowed to play League again, he'd need to create a new account. Which is a right that any conventionally banned League player has, in general.
Just because Tyler1 may be circumventing the terms of his ban at the moment doesn't mean your own ban was wrong or unfair.

What she was trying to say is that a permanent ban on an account will not be removed, and tyler1's "player ban" means he can't create more accounts, which is different than your ban on your account.

i have never heard of a casual player being banned indefinite and i'm pretty sure there are players out there that have just as many permabanned accounts as tyler.

they said they don't IP ban and i can't think of any other way to prevent a non streaming player from creating accounts.

i would like to know how it would be possible to be 100% sure that 2 accounts belong to the same player without using the ip.

ModPeriscope6 votesThey were able to ban his accounts since he streamed, making his visibility much higher than your average player. I feel banning all of a player's accounts would be an option if it were feasible.
