Can't sign into my account

What's up guys i'm wondering if something like this has ever happened to anyone, every time I try signing into my account it says my account is permanently suspended but I can't even log into it all the way, I don't think I broke any rules or anything, My account just got done with a 14 day the day before this started happening

Might be a security issue, try a support ticket. Maybe somebody hacked you, or tried to hack you.

Now, that you've mention my account has been hacked/stolen in the past 3 months twice, I've just found who ever was doing it had access to my email and was able to change my password and email. why would they say it's permanently ban though?

also thanks, i'm not homophobic just wanted a original name and this is what i got lol

You need to submit a Support Ticket for more information about your ban if a Reform Card isn't provided when you log in.

I already made one, also it doesn't provide a reform card because I can't sign in at all.

If it says you're permanently banned when you try, then you've successfully logged in; you just can't access the client when you're banned.

Yep that's the one. Your sign in was successful, it's not possible to get past that.

so it's not from being toxic or anything? because the account got unban like two days ago and i played like 3 games after it got unbanned didn't even talk to anyone then got off then this happened lol

It could be due to a number of reasons, it just wasn't issued by the Instant Feedback System.
