To be fair the support team doesn't have the time to write detailed responses 24/7 sometimes you'll get canned responses but that doesn't mean that they aren't doing anything about said report just be patient and give it some time

The most detailed response I've gotten thus far is this https://gyazo.com/d43a0b61b46989e7540908ac71de114c.jpg that report was submitted because I had submitted reports after a game and players started harassing me further after said report was issued since you cannot submit multiple reports or edit said reports you have to bring them to the support team

It all depends on how much time they have to spend with each person so most replies will be canned in order to save them time so they can work on multiple requests

I love Hana. She's my favorite specialist; I mean behavior specialist sounds so fancy. I wonder how many years of schooling she needed for that job.

Basically, at a point they just start copy-pasting, because they're done with the ticket but they have no blacklist/disable ticketing for account function.

If you get this, then you have literally zero hope of getting anything from player support.

Just for kicks, I set up an autoresponder that checks for the phrase " was able to find that your concerns were already addressed in Ticket" and replies automatically, so now sometimes they just close the ticket without reply.

I'm long past caring that I got banned for nothing, but I don't really see why I should let the company sit easy on it if it takes me zero effort to keep it going xD
