Public opinion on if this ban is justified please?
Before I post tickets and chat logs for why I was permanently banned let me say this. I know countless people that have been suspended 5+ times and still never got a permanent ban. My brother even had his permanent suspension lifted after he had 7 temporary suspensions and countless chat restrictions. I am even as we speak intentionally getting reported on my old account, actually ruining peoples experiences intentionally, and being a blatant jackass just to make my point here. I've now had 9 chat restrictions and 1 suspension after 20+ blatantly troll games, and it's still not banned. Trolls that fuck with your game experiences intentionally, but just don't talk have waaaay too much control of this games community. As you will see below I was banned because of two games where trolls intentionally ruined my games, ranked games mind you, and I called them out for it. The first game I lost my cool and straight up flamed the no life kid for finding no substance in life except through pissing people off on the internet for fun. The second game? I merely said that I was recording him and going to draw attention to him intentionally ruining a ranked game and hopefully see to it that he was banned. I made 1 inappropriate comment this entire game and as you'll see the support team is clearly biased against me because he claims this is enough to warrant a ban. Oh but my other account where I tell anyone that has a bad game to go kill themselves and that they don't have the brain capacity to work at McDonalds isn't worthy of a ban? The same account that I have 5 games where I run down mid feeding 20 kills screaming racist obscenities and trolling anyone that speaks to me. This system is a joke and I called them out on it so they got butthurt and permanently banned me for that and no other reason that much is proven to me. Every other game seems to have ways of dealing with this that go beyond chat logs to see what is actually cause competitive natured people to lose their shit on this game. Anyways here's the two tickets that I made. The first on the suspension that you could argue I deserve even though it was a reaction to the third troll game I had in a row. I still lost my cool. The second...completely different story. I want public opinion on whether this warrants a permanent ban after some of the shit we've all witnessed not being banned.

A 2 week suspension was placed on your account because of recent in-game behavior which created a negative experience for other players. For the specific chat logs which led to the ban please log into the client where you can view your reform card.
We will not be lifting the suspension due to the negativity observed but I do have some tips you can use to avoid future bans:
Focus and concentrate on your own gameplay and teamwork. You can’t control others, but you can control yourself. Don’t fight fire with fire. Mute players who are creating a negative environment and report them at the end of the match. That way they’re the ones worrying about a ban, not you. Sometimes things can get heated. Don’t be afraid to take a break between games to reflect on what went wrong and what went right. Clear your head before hopping back into the next battle! Keep in mind that if audited again for negative behavior your account will be permanently suspended. The good news is that most players will never reach that level of punishment. In fact, most players who have been warned or suspended are able to change their behavior completely; I am confident that with the right attitude by taking the tips I’ve shared to heart you can avoid any bans in the future.

Ezreal ticked him off bot lane with one death so he fed bot lane that was actually ahead, then came to my lane top, fed there too. How can my reaction to that be a cause of a negative experience?! That is absolutely absurd quit punishing people for reacting to your toxic community and bring the hammer down on assholes like Thresh in that game that bring normal players simply with a competitive drive to lose their cool because they're unable to enjoy the game. I am not causing negative experiences. I repeat. Not. The, Cause!
Seriously you have no idea how many times I am reported because I am a jungle main that tries to lead a team. People are so arrogant you suggest they play a certain way so you can coordinate with them, and what do they see? They don't see someone trying to unify a team OOOOOH NO. They see someone that thinks they're better than them and get butt hurt and start arguments over nothing. So what should I do in that case? Fuck it not try to work with my team and just get myself fed? That's not the mindset of a jungler if they're good haha. Again all I ever try to do is win and lead teams and toxic players stop that from happening. Bring the hammer down on people that openly admit to trolling and ruining the xperience for people and I promise you the number of reports with drop so dramatically because you're routing out the source of the problem. Not letting that source manipulate your system into suspending players that are just sick of it.

Even if someone else is trolling, it doesn't excuse your chat. I know it's really frustrating to play with others when they are trolling, but the best thing you can do is mute them and continue to play. Don't get dragged down with them. You can control how others act, but you can control how you react.
I would suggest that moving forward you stay focused on the game, mute players who are harassing you, and if it comes down to it, drag your chat box off the screen.

I admit the game 2 on here I was a little bit rude and let my competitive nature get to me a little bit then I realized Tristana was very new and openly apologized for it(she had less than 40cs in 20 minutes. This is no excuse but anyone that has every supported can understand the struggle), but game 1? I did NOTHING wrong. I said a few things to Diana that were negative after she asked for blue I pinged her off and said I needed it then she took it anyways. Everything else was directed to Ekko who intentionally fed that game and the chat logs prove it. This ban is either lifted, or I am contacting my lawyer and getting every penny I spent on this account back, and then some. I violated no code of conduct in this second game and the chat log proves it. You have no right to ban me for this, and I believe we can settle this outside of a lawsuit if you just take the time to go look at the full chat log of the game where Ekko openly admits to intentionally ruining the game for us. I don't want to hear that I did enough to warrant this from 'game 2' because 'game 1' was played before 'game 2' (yeah nice try listing them out of chronological order to make it look like this is warranted, proof that whoever finalized this ban had something against me and is being deceitful, that will show up in court if it goes there) and I was allowed to play 'Game 1' in which I did nothing wrong and the chat logs will prove it. I don't want some automated reply saying this can't be undone because I know it can and it will be. Send this straight to the highest person on the chain that handles these situations and lets skip the copy and paste replies. Have him review the chat log of 'game 1' and see that I did nothing wrong and reverse it. I repeat if this is not done I will be suing for every penny spent on this account, lawyer fees, and whatever the court sees fit for unjustly putting me through this. (Logs of just my messages are below, but this does not show the full story do not just read this and say well he was harassing Ekko, because I was not. Sorry about that I meant that Game 2 was played before Game 1, and whoever finalized the ban decided to flip the order of those two because in Game 2 I actually violated Summoner's Code and they want it to appear as if that was the game that finalized the suspension because it's obvious I did nothing wrong in Game 1. I openly admit to being a bit of a jerk in "Game 2" that was actually played before "Game 1", but that is irrelevant in this case because I was allowed to continue and play "Game 1" after and that is what I was banned for. I reiterate that Game 1 I did nothing wrong and the full chat logs will show it. Mine alone should honestly do that already, minus the Diana stealing blue away from me after I told her I needed it and I let her know she was an ass for that, I did NOTHING wrong. Again you will be paying back every dollar spent on this account, lawyer fees, and whatever the court sees fit for what you put me through if you don't reverse this suspension.
Avatar BARRY MACONKINER August 05, 2016 18:58 I was very careful in how I responded to this asshat of a player in Ekko because of what happened in my last ticket I submitted about my suspension being unwarranted because of me reacting poorly to the trolls you fail to clean out of our game, but I still am not one to just sit back and accept that this troll is going to get away with intentionally ruining my games, and that there are thousands of other's doing the exact same. I made sure to tear down his lies about actually trying and not intentionally ruin the game so he would be reported and handled properly. So I get banned for it cause you give these trolls way too much power over your system? This is nonsense and just proves me right from my last ticket. I didn't over react at all and yet the trolls still win! Case...and...point!

To see the most recent games which led to this action, please log in to the client to view your reform card. From there, you should be able to view your chat logs. While we do our best at Riot Games to encourage reform, we permanently remove players who continue to create negative experiences from our game, which you have continued to do.
This action is only taken after repeat punishments, and this is not something we do lightly. Because of this, we will not lift the suspension under any circumstance.
Although this marks the end of the line, we’re confident that with some reflection you will be able to avoid this kind of situation with whatever new games you decide to play.

There isn't anything to discuss. Every agent will give you the same answer, there isn't anyone "higher up" that will remove your suspension. You have repeatedly ignored chat restrictions and temporary suspensions and continued to be toxic and create a negative environment for our players. As far as you "not doing anything wrong" in game 1, I'd have to direct you to your chat logs again.

Threatening to get others banned (which you did repeatedly) and saying "go fuck yourself" is not positive behavior, regardless of circumstance. We do not view defending yourself as a valid excuse for poor behavior. You may not be able to control how others behave, or what they say, but you do have control over your own actions, which is what we are focusing on here. Don't worry about the other players, if they are found to be negative, report them and they will be examined as well.
The best thing to do with trolls is report them. Flaming them only adds to the negative experience, and others can report you for being part of the problem if they see fit.
There isn't anything I can do to lift your suspension. The situation has been reviewed and context has been given regarding why the account was suspended. Consider the matter closed.

What's also not positive behavior is asking if you can take a buff from your jungle, being politely told no, and stealing it anyway. What's also not positive behavior is ruining a game intentionally for people, but once again here you guys are going after the people that are effected by the toxicity in your community rather than the source of the problem. You can sit there on your high horse and pretend you don't agree with me man, but facts are facts. You guys only banned me because I called your flawed system out for what it was and you instead of looking inwards respond like every single player in this game does to constructive criticism by repeating petty irrelevant nonsense to avoid actually having to face the real issue. Here's the fact buddy, you guys flipped the chronological order of these games and remove context to deceive the tribunal into punishing a player that does not deserve this. You moronically look at a cause and effect situation and decide to throw a bandaid over the effect when a solution to the cause is right is presented to you clearly. Why? Because the effected person called out your flawed system for what it is? After six years of putting up with this nonsensical BS that every other online game seems to have found a solution for I absolutely cannot be blamed for that. I was punished by a jury of peers(or so you claim...this happened in a matter of 20 minutes so I am mashing that X button to doubt) that was not presented all the relevant information, and that is a point you have absolutely no potential argument to. So I ask you to do this. Present everything regarding this case to a like minded group to the tribunal. Show the correct order of events. Show the context of the "unsportsmanlike conduct. Show every argument that I've made in this ticket, and lets see who's actually right here. That's fair right? I was supposedly judged by a jury of peers, and you can't argue they didn't see every relevant fact in this case. Show them everything and lets see if it happens again. If it does then I'll consider this matter settled. Otherwise I am going to court with this.

I'm not sure if you're aware, but the Tribunal as been suspended for a while. We're currently working on tweaking and improving the system. What we use is called the Instant Feedback System. You can read about it here: https://support.riotgames.com/hc/en-us/articles/207489286-Instant-Feedback-System-FAQ- As stated ion the FAQ, the League of Legends community is empowered to report players they believe have violated the Summoner's Code and consistently created a negative experience in games. Regardless of the circumstances, behaviors such as in-game taunting; harassment, offensive remarks, intentionally feeding, etc., will be reported by the community and if warranted punished by the Instant Feedback System.
Your suspension came from the community to begin with. It was not mine, nor any of my colleagues decision to suspend your account. The community reported you, and the system found those reports valid.
Now, as I've addressed all of your concerns and explained the context behind your suspension. I will have to consider this ticket resolved.
