Report a player at end screen.
So How does this thing work?Do you need a set amount of report on a player to able to punish them?I just finish a rank game in which I had an Ahri support who kept trolling me,so I would like to know.

So off meta picks aren't punishable. What would be punishable is if she communicated that she stole cs so you would do worse in game, or some other chat that indicated she did not want to win.
