The rules of the game focusing on "feeding"

I MasterYi recently played a ranked game where nothing was going good, the enemy team killed me and drew first blood. I MasterYi decided to farm in the jungle for a few minutes until I decided to gank midlane. The midlaner Fizz was out of mana and i didnt notice that so I died again. Afterwards the midlaner Fizz was losing lane. Our top lane Chogath was stomping. Only top was winning. I bought a devourer item 1415 and decided to stack it item 3931 so i can have a good late game. I tried to join some fights and I died. The top laner Chogath then started joining the fights and started being extremely toxic. He was calling me "noob" and "feeder". He Chogath actually reported me for that. I explained that was abuse of the report system but he didn't care. Reported anyways. So actually I wanted to hear people's opinion on who was right: me or the top laner?

Eh .. firstly, don't go devourer if you are behind.

2ndly, if you didn't say anything bad, then he can report you all you want, as that only counts as a false report and only serves to lower his report weight.

3rdly, "Feeding" and "intentional feeding" are very very very different things. Feeding is just you having a bad game or bad matchup. Intentional feeding means that you are purposely seeking to ruin other's game. Running down mid is intentional feeding. AFKing at the fountain base (while moving around is not "feeding", but is counted as an AFK report and there is an intention of ruining other's game, which can get you banned for trolling.

4thly, even though you didn't ask for it, people who group up (or as alot of people call them "premades") and report you counts as 1 game reported against you. People are punished based on the number of games reported against you. But those have to be a valid report first, which means it'll have to satisfy #2 & #3.
