RIOT please, give me a second chance I've spent so much time and money on League and it's my favorite games. Please unban my account, i'll take a warming but my account being suspended will make the year I've been playing all a waste. I've made friends, bonded and sometimes I get toxic, it is usually due to being accused of such terrbile action. Please unsuspend me and I'll remember next time I type.

You will need to submit a ticket here in order to appeal an account suspension. The community here can only provide potential insights into why your account was suspended. Beyond that, you need to go through Player Support.
Do keep in mind that being accused of flaming/inting/etc is not a cop-out for toxicity. Remember: the mute button is your friend!

You already used up your 4 chances. How many more you want? 5? 10? Also, how much you spend is absolutely and utterly irrelevant. No one cares about the money you put in this game. Money doesn't make you invulnerable to the system.
Hopefully you get your account back but you really need to change your ways i.e. use the mute button.
