Completely Unfair Ban

Now I have sent in a ticket to Riot, but I wondered if there could be any insight here. 3 hours ago my 14 day suspension ended, I received that 14 day suspension on a very 50/50 sort of reasoning, but I accepted it and sat through the 14 days bored out of my mind. I played 2 games before my account got permanently banned, in both of these games I was cringely positive because I was so happy to be back playing, I got great scores in both games and got honored by the majority in both as well. In the 2nd game I was tackling a common problem in high gold, decent players that get tilted and flame, which was the Camille on my team. I was positive and asked the enemies to report her after her flame became to much< I muted her and carried on, did not flame her once even though she was spam pinging me constantly and flaming my team (she didn't get banned obviously because you know riot report system is balanced), I finish this game and close my client to go and get a drink, when I reopen it I am greeted by a permanent ban, obviously a suitable reward for trying to reform. Great motivation aswell. This is the chat logs from the 1 games that I got banned for:

I also enjoy how I get the ban AFTER I've spent my money on the game. Nice.

So this isn't the worst behavior ever, but coming right off a 14-day ban to spending that much time harping on the behavior of another team mate is going to get you punished again. I get that she was frustrating you, but there's no reason to make that into one of the biggest topics you talk about all game.

You do realize that even if you spent $1000 on league of Legends, if you don't follow the rules you will get banned, right?

Number one rule in League, DON'T SAY A TOXIC PERSON IS TOXIC! While most players will agree that telling the enemy team that one of your teammates is toxic, it isn't the most mature way to handle that situation. And she is tilted, so if she has any reason to get mad at you, SHE WILL TAKE IT. I know it's not fair, but you could've done a few things like not commenting on the tilted one so then they won't have as much reason to report you, as it is human nature to bring misery to those a person hates.

If you expect Riot feedback on this post, you must have also won the lottery and gotten a Legendary from Hextech crafting because they don't respond here unless they feel like it, which won't happen since they are too busy buffing making Runeterra in their headquarters

The truth is that RIOT has a broken system where in players are banned via an unpopularity contest. Bad behavior in game is ignored and instead, only chat is punishable. This is just a fact to be accepted. If you have a team mate trolling, feeding lane or trying to prevent an adc from cs'ing, and you call that out and they get upset and report you, you'll be punished and they will not be. This is how League has been for quite some time now and why so many have abandoned the game and why you so often hear about the "toxic" community. RIOT has just never learned how to police their game. Banning for chat is INSANE as all players have the ingame ability to MUTE CHAT. Let's stop supporting this broken system! There are plenty of other games out there to play.

At the end of the day, NO this does not warrant a permaban plain and simple. Riot needs to own that. You should not get banned because you got reported by a troll period. Riot is the bigger troll here which is why I won't support this game any longer.

Now i got a 14 day suspension which just ended today for saying kys 4 times to a guy who was intentionally feeding and that's about it in 14 messages(im still a little salty about it but meh it is what it is and it really makes me wonder how do you people care enough to type an essay during game i mean the fact that you took the time to write 92 messages in a 30 minute game tells a story in it self maybe it wasn't particularly toxic but man if you type that much you are not playing to win thats for sure

I just don't get how you had the awareness to tell she's tilted, but then instead of helping her untilt, you point out mistakes and tell her what to do. You know tilted people haaaate that. You have to know that. It's not your job to coddle a teammate when they're tilted, but it helps morale and could keep them from making desperate moves to come back.

Instead of this, you decide to respond to her tilted toxicity (instead of ignoring it, why debate with someone in an irrational state?) by calling her toxic, asking people to report her, pointing out mistakes she's making... that's just not a smart move on your part my dude. Coming off a 14 day ban, you should have been very careful with your words. Bow out of toxic conversation.

Seriously, why engage in arguments mid game right after a 14 day ban? Are you just daft???? Idk, just seems like you could have easily avoided this. Don't call people toxic, mute them for real instead of just telling them you're going to, just do it, don't even say you're doing it, and don't call for reports. Never bring in-fighting to all chat. It's a douche move. Why would you benefit from telling the other team that your ally is toxic? You're trying to belittle that person and publicly shame them. There's no other reason. Anyways, good luck on your next account if you decide to make one. Now you know better what not to do.

Calling for reports, saying you're going to report someone, and stating that you're muting someone are all negative behaviors that earn punishments.

"...much< I muted..." First of all, you forgot your period brah. Secondly, you're not being very positive in these logs. Because you thought you were, I think it's safe to assume that you are around the ages of 14-16, possibly 17 but that would be pushing it. Nuff said my dude.
